Dr Audio and InSight Systems Have Merged

We would like to announce the merger of our two businesses Dr Audio and InSight Systems on March 1, 2010.

Our history

For those who are not familiar with our history, Daniel Baldwin and Rodney Kay started Dr Audio in 1996 to provide expertise and integration services to the AV industry, Consultants, Contractors and Builders.

They were joined in 2003 by fellow Director Wayne Schultz and opened sister company, InSight Systems. InSight Systems was established to provide AV solutions direct to the education, corporate and home entertainment markets.

The two companies have grown to a team of over 30 staff and have worked together on many projects over the years. The merger of the businesses will create a unified presence in the market, under the InSight Systems brand.

What does this mean for our clients?

As a complete AV sales and integration company, we will continue to provide the same high level of expertise and broad range of AV services to our clients. The streamlining of our internal operations has allowed us to invest further in resources and systems to improve our quality and services. We have expanded our consultancy team and established a dedicated project manager for every project.

So what will change?

For our clients who formerly worked with Dr Audio, you will continue to deal with the same contacts that you always have and can expect the same integration expertise and service. However you will notice that all commuications you receive from us from 1 March, including email, quotes, invoices and other documentation will be branded InSight Systems.

Our direct lines and moble numbers remain unchanged, and although we have a new toll free number 1300 369 451 and email addresses, the current details you have will still reach us. And as you can see from the photos, we will now be sporting new InSight Systems branded shirts!

For InSight Systems clients, your contacts and correspondence will remain unchanged.
