3 Year Onsite Warranty
With an InSight Systems project, you will find we only recommend and install products which perform at the highest standard and are supported by manufacturers and agents who provide excellent support and warranty conditions.
We do understand, however, that warranty repairs are sometimes required and we are pleased to provide our clients with a 3-Year Onsite Product Warranty.
With standard product waranties, the manufacturer or agent generally require the end-user client to return the faulty product to them with all charges associated with the uninstalling of the product, transport and re-installation borne by the end-user client.
With the InSight Systems' 3-Year Onsite Product Warranty, if a product becomes faulty that meets the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions, an InSight Systems technician will attend the site of the faulty product, uninstall the product, send it to the manufacturer and reinstall it once repaired, up to 3 years from date of purchase.
So the downtime and inconvenience involved in a warranty repair is minimised and the costs associated with reinstallation and transport are eliminated.
