In the production stage Mitsubishi are now using more eco-friendly materials including:

LCD Public Displays

  • Lead-free solder used for all printed circuit boards
  • User’s Manual printed using recycled paper and soy ink
  • Recycled paper used for product packaging
  • Use of polyethylene and polystyrene cushioning materials
  • Recyclable metals used (aluminium and steel)
  • Compliant with Reduction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) and waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) directives Energy Star rating acquired

Projectors

  • Lead free solder on all Printed Circuit Boards
  • Their newest models consume less than 1W on standby mode
  • Use of recycled paper products for user reference guide and carton box
  • Projector cabinets are not painted, and conductive coating is not used
  • User manual has been converted from paper to a digital format (CD )
  • Compliant with European RoHS standards
  • Energy saving functions
