We are looking for experienced AV Service Technicians to join our on-site teams. We are looking AV professionals to work Full time. Reporting to the Director of Managed Services, this is a hands-on service position dealing with a variety of AV technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attending to faults as per client’s needs – ensuring support, maintenance and troubleshooting of their AV systems
  • Provide professional support and proactive communication to clients – including up to date reports on any open service ticket
  • Update internal registers and procedures to reflect the current status of rooms – includes maintenance reports
  • Conduct Audits as required including compiling the report
  • Provide Events support as required
  • Ensure tickets are closed once satisfactorily completed

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant experience in an AV incident response role
  • Experience with AMX and Crestron control systems
  • Experience in DSP programming is desirable
  • Networking experience/certifications highly desirable
  • Customer service experience
  • Working with Children Check
  • Problem solver, will own issues until full resolution
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail
  • Strong organisational, time management & prioritisation skills
  • Strong rapport and relationship building skills with both internal staff and customers
  • Exceed customer expectations – ability to create wow and delight moments with customers

We are currently looking for Installation Technicians to join our Project Delivery team. You will be responsible for the installation of Audio Visual systems and unified technologies in educational facilities, corporate environments, entertainment venues and luxury homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient and quality installations
  • Maintain high quality craftsmanship throughout all installations
  • Be prompt to site
  • Proactive communication to client, Project Manager and relevant Salesperson for any variation or issues within project
  • Operating plant items for which current certification and competency is held.
  • Carrying all current certification and competency and other documentation on site at all times.
  • Assist in ensuring ‘as built’ documentation and equipment lists are accurately and thoroughly completed for every job.
  • Attend product/training for new product and OHS training as required
  • A drivers license.
  • Accountable to operate company vehicle.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Relevant installation experience in AV industry or related field
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Trade experience with fundamental skills such as measuring, calculating, handling basic hand and power tools as well as the use of ladders and scaffolding.
  • Previous installation experience with Audio DSP, VC, and Control Systems is desirable
  • Basic networking experience and device configuration is desirable
  • Trustworthy and dependable

IT Admin / Ticket Admin

We are looking for experienced IT Admin to join our team to be based at one of our client site. Reporting to the IT Team Lead primarily provide support to the team via our ticketing system.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

  • Provide support to technicians in resolving escalations
  • Monitor tickets in queues and allocate tickets/resources as required
  • Monitor active tickets to ensure they meet contracted SLA
  • Follow up with other team members when aged tickets are identified
  • Manage/assign ticket tags as and when required
  • Follow up with technicians to ensure all tickets are completed
  • Follow up with customers who submit NPS scores 6 and below
  • Updating and closing off tickets as required
  • Liaise with other departments as required including attending daily ops meetings
  • Provide advice to team leaders on potential trends, issues and resourcing constraints
  • Monitor CW Service tickets related to client
  • Proactively identify potential areas of team improvement

Administration and Reporting

  • Data collection and trend analysis
  • Generate reports as required –
  • Assist with creation of Monthly report
  • Create/Manage Dashboards to assist with day-to-day operations
  • Weekly submission of timesheet via CW

Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with demonstrated ability to listen, articulate clearly and engage with customers, colleagues and stakeholders (face to face, phone, email), in a friendly and professional manner
  • Coordination and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated, process driven, takes initiative
  • Great sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude
  • MS Office Proficiency
  • Experience with a service ticket platform (ConnectWise/ServiceNow highly desirable)
  • Electronics, AV qualifications, or equivalent experience, highly desirable
  • A passion for, and basic knowledge of AV and IT technology
  • Competency in navigating ticket tracking software
