RMIT have engaged Insight Systems to manage and provide the service, maintenance and onsite support for their Audio Visual Equipment. This contract includes stringent service level agreements (SLA’s) and performance based accountabilities.
With dedicated teams based onsite at the Bundoora and City campuses and our entire Service Team available on call, our highly skilled and customer focused technicians:
- Fault find and fix product failures
- Support users of the systems with assistance and training
- Conduct preventative maintenance on all systems between 2 and 7 times per year
