Daniel Baldwin

Executive Director

Daniel is one of our directors and has a long, demonstrated history in audio visual technology and services industries. He is a strong business development professional skilled in requirements analysis, technology management, sales, and emerging technologies.

Wayne Schultz

Executive Director

Wayne has over 25 years experience in the AV industry and is a founding director of InSight Systems. During this time, he has forged a strong and credible reputation in the industry as a leader and relationship builder with an extensive technical and sales background 

David Grounds

Financial Controller

As a key member of the management team, David is responsible for the financial operation of the business. He has implemented a wide variety of management reporting and controls that drive business decisions. He takes responsibility for all financing, accounting, taxation and corporate law decisions, reporting directly to the company Directors.

Alex Jory

Sales Manager

As the Sales Manager for InSight Systems, Alex leads the business in meeting and exceeding the opportunity of bringing a client’s vision to life. He supports the sales team in an approach that considers user requirements, business strategic goals, performance metrics, supportability, project programme and adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Dennis Craig

Head of Projects

In his career thus far, Dennis has developed extensive project management experience deploying many successful projects nationally and internationally over the last 16 years. At InSight, Dennis manages and guides the project management team to deploy successful projects.that meet client expectations, are delivered on time and within budget, ultimately securing future business.

Myke Ireland

Technical Services Manager

Myke leads our Technical Services Group and specialises in the development of technology strategies for businesses. He leads with a passion for the ever growing connectivity and convergence of AV, IT, and IoT markets and builds technology strategies around user experience and user interface. Myke inspires his team of creatives to discover the synergies between how a solution works and how it feels, and to realize how powerful that relationship is.

Mark Henson

Service Delivery Manager

Mark is responsible for the operations management of our Managed Services teams across Victoria and NSW.  Mark works directly with the directors as well as our business development teams to assist with the management and growth of our services across many sites.

Shane Sommerville

Head of Managed Service

Shane head our Managed Services engagements and has been involved in the Audiovisual industry for over 25 years and holds unique experience from both the client and supplier side. He has a great deal of experience in the establishment, delivery and support of Managed Services in the AV and IT environments in the corporate, Higher Education, Hospitality, Health, Events and Government sectors.
