Letting AV Technology Lead Education into the Future

MacKillop College in Werribee has been at the forefront of integrating Audio Visual technologies throughout their school.  InSight Sytems have worked with them on the following projects.

The Auditorium

This custom built auditorium features 3 ceiling mounted, super bright projectors, all specially painted black to suit the interior. The projectors display individually or collectively to 3 large, motorised screens. The centre screen is a widescreen format to allow for a vareity of input types.

A digital video camera has been installed so that video from the theatre can be recorded and broadcast to the Plasma’s installed in the foyer area.  The system is seamlessly integrated with two intuitive AMX touch screen controllers.  One is an 8.4″ wireless screen mounted into the lectern and the other is intergated in the auditorium’s control room.

Digital Signage

Digital Signage solutions have been installed in the foyer area to display information for students, teachers and any visitors to the school.

Interactive Classrooms

MacKillop are providing trully interactive learning experiences with the integration of interactive whiteboards, projectors, speakers and simple to use control systems.
