When Melbourne Business School relocated their Mt Eliza campus into Carlton, they needed to think about technology solutions to meet current teaching requirements but also how technology could support them in their goals over the next 10 to 20 years.

With a large number of lecture theatres, meeting rooms, huddle spaces and syndicate rooms, InSight Systems helped MBS address the fact many of these utilised legacy technology and required an uplift to new and emerging technologies.

MBS has an onsite team of predominantly IT professionals and has partnered with InSight Systems to support and supplement their team with more advanced audio visual capabilities.  Our teams provide proactive preventative maintenance, backup for their own team when illness, planned leave or emergency situations occur and also event support as required. We ensure that there is rapid response to AV issues raised and rectify them as quickly as possible.

One of the other elements we provide MBS is around the design, consultancy and strategy piece. We work with them to address a wholistic view of AV strategy and how we can continue to deliver that on a regular basis.
