RMIT Engage InSight Systems for AV Services
RMIT have recently engaged Insight Systems to manage and provide the service, maintenance and onsite support for their Audio Visual Equipment.
The move to outsource their AV Services is designed to produce efficiencies, cost savings and resourcing flexibility to accommodate busy and quiet periods.
InSight Systems is delighted to be awarded this contract which includes stringent service level agreements (SLA’s) and performance based accountabilities.
As a starting point, RMIT wanted to get an independent and clear picture of the state of their Audio Visual systems. To do this, InSight Systems undertook a complete Audio Visual System Audit on every system in every room of their City, Carlton, Brunswick and Bundoora campuses.
Spanning over three weeks the rooms were audited after hours so there was zero interruptions or impact on class timetables. During the Audit, the InSight team provided RMIT with a record of every piece of equipment (model and serial number) and a detailed assessment of the condition of the equipment in each of the 920 rooms.
On completion of the Audit, InSight Systems were engaged to provide RMIT with a total Audio Visual Service and Maintenance solution.
With dedicated teams based onsite at the Bundoora and City campuses and our entire Service Team available on call, our highly skilled and customer focused technicians will:
- Fault find and fix product failures
- Support users of the systems with assistance and training
- Conduct preventative maintenance on all systems between 2 and 7 times per year
